Loose weight (yet again)

Shall we all do it together? We could start another Weight Watching thread for anyone interested? We could all get weighed on the same day and post how much we have lost that week.

Doreen's is the best resolution but Dawn's is the most poignant.

Mine is to combat my insomnia and drink more red wine too! LOL

Oh, and to get Mark to his liver scan AND bloods.

(The last one is the most tricky). LOL

Mine is to just keep working as long as I can, so that I feel useful. At the moment my feet are agony, and I start back tomorrow with little Amelie at 7.30 am. Smile

Mine is to try to look forward and not back. Last year was so awful that I must not dwell on it any more.
New year did not start well, with husband taken in to hospital with very bad headache... turned out his blood pressure was sky high and not a mega hangover!
Wake up call or what.
Onwards and forwards.... concentrate on the here and now and look forward to the future.
Well that's the plan............
Happy New Year and love to all my NRAS buddies,
lots of love

Re red wine and sleeping, apparently if you drink more than one glass, it makes you go to sleep quickly, but you don't achieve restful sleep and often wake in the night.

Thanks Sophie, and I am sure you're right. I admire your mam! LOL It is a habit, every night as soon as the littles are in bed I have a glass or two.

I am going not have any for a few nights and see the difference!

Hoping my herbalist will help as i am booked in to see her next week...can't wait. It has actually become much worse since my herbs ran out and I am pretty convinced they really helped me in that department.

Much love,

Amanda

But Amanda - it's OK to drink two glasses but lots of us know for sure that it's usually 2 bottles!! Don't forget, we've seen you swinging from lights etc after you've had too much!!
